Being entrenched as suppliers for the print-wear industry, we quickly realized that not everyone had access to camera-ready or hi-res digital artwork. We started offering our artwork services to the public in 2010 and it’s been a blessing for us and our customers. We were able to secure a great artistic team well-versed in Adobe’s Illustrator as well as Corel Draw. We vectorize logos by redrawing the logo, as with our embroidery service, we do everything by hand, with no automatic tools. On the occasion we do use an auto trace tool, it’s because it is a simple shape and we clean it up anyway.

Digitizing Services
At In Embroiderylogos.co.uk, we have assembled a team of embroidery artists that literally create masterpieces with stitches.
Never do we use automatic tools, as we are practised in the three basic stitch types – run, satin and fill – and the variables that those stitches allow us. We understand that proper stitch length and density are key components to creating a smooth and stress-free design.
After our embroidery artist is finished with the design, it’s sent off to quality control, it is tested on an industrial embroidery machine using the proper material with 75/11 or 70/10 needles and 40# thread. Fewer trims and thread breaks along with optimized stitch counts increase production and lower production costs.

MEET OUR FAMILY
Our parent company was founded over 33 years ago when we moved over from manual embroidery to automatic embroidery machines where the designs had to be manually digitized using a large plotting board onto cardboard rolls called jacquard tapes. Since every stitch had to be manually digitized one had to be an embroidery expert to be a successful digitizer. In 1991 we brought our first computerized design system. Since then we have digitized over one million embroidery designs. Our customers comprise embroiderers, screen printers, distributors, large fashion brands, sports kit suppliers, schoolwear suppliers, and even Mom and Pop shops.
Our experience of over 3 decades has taught us the importance of good design in embroidery digitizing and vector art and we strive very hard to maintain our high-quality standards. We have a state-of-the-art web design management system that allows us to control every stage of the design process from artwork clean up to digitizing to sampling and quality checks.
Our informed customer service team has the knowledge and experience to deal with any design issues quickly and effectively.
In 2016 we started manufacturing and distributing badges and after a huge success in the UK, we are just launching our patch service in the USA.
